Bidder Days

In public sector procurement, it is usual for the client team to hold an open session to brief potential bidders and allow them to ask questions.

To make best use of these sessions, you should prepare thoroughly then take a pro-active approach. Clients welcome bidding teams who shown an interest rather than those who wait passively to be given information.
You can also monitor the other participants to help with your competitor analysis. They are unlikely to highlight their own weaknesses but you may spot some strengths that should be countered in your submission.
