Numbering Appendices in your Proposals

Appendices are sections of a document where complex information can be presented. They frequently contain material taken from other sources such as procedure manuals and compliance certificates.

It is not usual to number individual pages in an appendix. This should be good news since it can be very difficult to format page numbers on a document with multiple sections.

So long as each appendix is clearly referenced in the text, noted in the table of contents and preceded by a cover sheet, the reader will find the document easy to navigate.
