Entering New Markets
A consortium of construction and finance companies invited us to work with them on a multi-million pound tender. The aim of this was to produce a coherent and compliant tender submission that clearly communicated the right messages and increased the companies’ chances of winning the tender.
We worked closely with a number of members of the bid team, to help produce high-impact content that addressed all the customer’s issues, and accurately portrayed their own strengths. Using an iterative process, the numerous sections of the tender were written, checked for compliance and then appraised.
As any company which has been involved in complex tender writing knows, the production of the final document can be time consuming, complicated and stressful. We were able to remove some of the pain for the clients, and give them the skills to ensure future projects would run smoothly.
