You will find out how to justify higher pricing, and ensure your proposal is better than your competitors. Anne regularly works with clients from the public, private and third sectors. She specialises in helping companies win more work, at higher prices. She has worked on hundreds of bids ranging in value from £5k – £150m+ (and one at £1.32bn) but her real passion is training others to do it themselves.
The extensive work she carries out with tender documents, processes and writers will be reflected in the material you hear. She will illustrate the theory with examples of industry best practice.
