Review Teams

Review teams can add value to your tender process. They are of most use when they include people who were involved in the outline planning of the bid (storyboarding) but not in the actual writing of the content.

The role of the review team is to take a strategic view of the tender. They should try to anticipate questions from the customer’s perspective.
Having reviewed the document, they can provide guidance about any editing which is needed, additions or deletions that should be made and areas to expand on in presentations. To be effective there must be time for their comments to be acted on.
