Keeping your Bid Documents Confusion Free

In your proposal documents, you should always quantify terms such as “regular”, “often” and “quickly”.

If you tell a child not to wander “too far away” you assume they have the same understanding of distance as you.
It is advisable to define your terms, e.g. “regular” could be “weekly” and “quickly” might be “within 4 hours”. This avoids the danger of the reader misinterpreting your words.
